![]() ![]() The Roon remains my favorite tier-IX cruiser in the game, and I agree her play style is unusual due to the A-XY turret arrangement. I am a cruiser main with a near-pathological preference for the German cruisers. Since then, my in-game performance has improved significantly. I faced precisely the same issues since the German/KM cruisers were the first line for me to complete, reaching the Hindenburg well before I even had 2000 games played. ![]() I, honestly, do not know what I'm doing wrong, and certainly don't know what to do that's right. ![]() I am simply asking for guidance on how to play them. I'm not here in the slightest to complain about the ships I use and am doubly not here to ask for them to be buffed, as I am confident they are excellent in the hands of a player much better than I. My stats are atrocious, with my WR on any ship in the dumpster, my PR absolute garbage, and my average damage on any ship being consistently less than 50% of that of the ship's average damage across the community. Over these couple years that I've been playing the game, I have been finding it exceedingly difficult to get at all good at it. Nürnberg), I was thrilled all that time ago to see that the Tier 9 cruiser Roon replicated that unconventional beauty I find in the abnormal A-XY turret arrangement, and was more excited to reach T9 than I was to reach T10. I chose the German cruiser branch as my first line to go down, due in no small part to a childhood fascination with the cruisers of the Königsberg and Leipzig classes. I'm relatively new to World of Warships as far as experience goes (got Roon, my first tier 9, a couple of weeks ago), and am really struggling to do well in the game. ![]()
